Testing for Leaks in Underfloor Plenums PDF

Leakage testing of an underfloor plenum in a new U.S. Department of Defense building shows the importance of paying extra attention to the construction, inspection and close-in of the plenums. This article describes the leakage testing and results. After building start-up, the UFAD system has performed as intended without plenum problems.
