This work summarizes calculation approaches to empirically derive simple correlations for the time evolution of primary energy factors that can be easily integrated
in building stock modeling. Representative results are presented for Greece and as an average for the European Union. The aim is to improve the projections of
calculated primary energy consumption and savings from renovation scenarios from building stock modeling used for regional and national energy and climate
plans.
