Separate A4-sized version of the typical commissioning procedure for large installations (Appendix I). It is also included in NZS 5261:2003, but as A5 in size. Please note that these are general guidelines. They should not be used in place of the specific commissioning instructions that are required to be part of the instructions accompanying the appliance (refer to NZS 5262 and AS 3645).
