Provides the standard framework for interoperable communications between vehicles and the roadside for Multi Lane Free Flow (MLFF) Electronic Fee Collection (EFC) systems in New Zealand, based on Dedicated Short-Range Communication (DSRC). The structure of interoperability is applicable to toll operators, EFC system integrators and equipment suppliers.
