PCI MNL-132-12 was prepared for the use and training of precast and prestressed concrete erecting personnel. It sets forth rules which must be observed in order to safely and efficiently carry out erection work. All employees should cooperate in making their work safer by strictly adhering to these rules. The Manual does not replace the need for employers to develop their own safety programs. It should be used in conjunction with each employer's own written safety manual and code of safe practices. This Manual outlines some of the OSHA regulations.
