The recommended practices in this publication are limited to those relating to the installation and testing of Stage I and Stage II motor fuel vapor-recovery systems located at retail, commercial, and government vehicle-fueling facilities. The storage tanks at these facilities may be located underground or aboveground. This document does not address practices associated with the installation or testing of vapor-recovery systems at terminals or bulk plants, nor does it address marina- or aircreaft-fueling facilities.
