This Practice provides requirements for fabricators of high-resistance grounding systems. This Practice describes the minimum requirements for design, fabrication, testing, and documentation of 5000-volt class, three-phase, high-resistance grounding systems for use on 2400-volt and 4160-volt delta or wye systems installed in nonclassified areas. Systems higher than 5000 volts are outside the scope of this document.
