This specification covers quality assurance sampling and testing procedures used to determine conformance to applicable specification requirements of wrought carbon and low-alloy steel products and forging stock.
Attributes included in detail herein are: Composition, tensile properties, macrostructure, and micro-inclusion rating. Other requirements are included in Table 2.
