1 Many cable subscribers no longer differentiate wireless operation from wired cable service — whether the wireless equipment is personally owned or is part of the equipment provided by the cable company — and often simply consider wireless and wired service to be the same thing. This document seeks to provide useful recommendations to enable cable operators to provide outstanding wireless services for their customers.
