This contribution is a derivative work created from DVS/110. The intention of this document is to provide a
contribution whose scope is limited to the physical layer specification for Out-Of-Band cable system. Specifications
of MAC Layer and Link Layer are also provided for the Aloha implementation. The latter should be updated in the
future, recognizing the potential adaptation of DOCSIS MAC Layer Specification [3].
