The capstone senior projects course is a TAC/ABET requirement in the four-year manufacturing engineering technology curriculum. This paper discusses the approach taken at Texas A&M University on manufacturing engineering technology senior projects. Teams of 3 or 4 students work on real industrial problems. Reports are presented by the students on progress and on the final solution. Example projects are described.
