There is a need for modification in educational methods and in curriculum of manufacturing engineers (ME). Mechatronics technology for manufacture as a new specialization of manufacturing engineering combining knowledge, information and skills from several traditional engineering disciplines. The activities at the Warsaw University of Technology is supported by European Union Programme Tempus.
