This paper presents the current state of education in machine tools and machining in the mechanical engineering faculties in Poland. 'Machine tools and machining' is one of the most popular topics in mechanical engineering faculties. It covers both the machine tool design and the manufacturing process planning for the machining case. This paper shows the education schedules of graduate (MSc) courses with a detailed description of time partition for lecture, laboratories, and blackboard exercises.
