This paper describes an innovative approach to teaching leadership skills. The authors wrote and co-produced a one credit hour college level course telecast on cable TV during Spring semester 1995. We designed the course so that the material could be delivered in ten one hour tapes. The course titled Supervisory Leadership: Story Problems teaches leadership skills pertinent to the effective applications of Total Quality Management within manufacturing.
