This paper describes a unique design simulation game that empowers people to actively shape their work conditions. It consists of a model factory, role games, computer supported goal setting, analysis tools for material and information flow. The most creative phase of the game is the exploring or organizational alternatives while using an underlying morphology of solutions. An evaluation method and a guide for a sociotechnical specification of appropriate information technology are further features. Participants gain fact knowledge, methodological competences and social competences.
