This paper deals with modern state-of-the-art roll forming equipment. Analysis of a typical roll forming application is reviewed via an interactive spreadsheet. The use of the spreadsheet allows productivity analysis of different production parameters to be evaluated from a manufacturing thru-put decision making process.
