THEN A NEW PLUNGE GRINDING TECHNIQUE, IN WHICH BOTH SPEED RATIO AND PLUNGE SPEED ARE CONTINUOUSLY CONTROLLED, IS PROPOSED FOR HIGH EFFICIENCY AND HIGH ACCURACY WITH TAKING EFFECTS OF THE THERMAL DEFORMATION RATE INTO CONSIDERATION.
