LOWER SOLVENT EMISSIONS ALLOW CONTINUED USE OF THIS TIME-PROVEN AND EFFICIENT CLEANING PROCESS WITH TRICHLOROETHYLENE AND PERCHLOROETHYLENE, WHICH ARE NOT OZONE-DEPLETING SOLVENTS AND ARE READILY AVAILABLE, COST EFFECTIVE, AND ALLOWED AS CLEAN AIR ACT ALTERNATIVES.
