THIS PAPER REVIEWS A SIMULATION MODEL OF THE DESIGN FOR A BRAKE VALVE ASSEMBLY AND TEST SYSTEM. THE OBJECTIVE OF THE MODEL WAS TO DETERMINE SHUTTLE SYSTEM LOGIC, VERIFY SYSTEM THROUGH-PUT, DETERMINE MANPOWER REQUIREMENTS, AND DETERMINE THE NUMBER OF PALLETS APPROPRIATE FOR THIS SYSTEM. IT WILL REVIEW THE PROJECT STEPS, THE INPUT DATA REQUIRED, AND DISCUSS THE RESULTS.
