This standard creates an MCA Label Controlled Vocabulary of MCA Label values for Channels, Soundfield Groups, and Groups of Soundfield Groups based on the MCA Labeling Framework defined in SMPTE ST 377-4.
All MCA Label values defined in SMPTE ST 428-12 and ST 2067-8 are an integral part of this controlled vocabulary through normative reference.
