The standard describes methods for testing and evaluation of burglary resistance of night safes. The testing shall be carried out in a manner that realistically duplicates burglary methods. This means that methods or tool combinations, which are likely to be used in real burglaries, shall be used against the night safe.
The standard also gives minimum requirements for night safes.
