Denne standarden angir krav til produksjon, kvalitet og dokumentasjon av norsk sjøfryst filet av hvitfisk i fartøyer med ombordproduksjon. Den omfatter filet av hvitfisk med og uten bein, med og uten skinn og med forskjellige skjæremønstere.
Standarden gjelder fra fangst av fisken til ferdig lossing av fileten.
