SPC GB/T 1346-2011 specifies principles, apparatus, materials, laboratory and test methods for water consumption of standard consistence, setting time and soundness (as a consequence of free calcium oxide) of cement.
This method is applicable to common Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, Portland blastfurnace slag cement, Portland pozzolan cement, Portland fly ash cement and composite Portland cement, as well as other cement which specified by this standard.
