SPC GB/T 17591-2006 specifies the categorization, technical requirements, test method, inspection rules, packaging and marking of flame retardant fabrics.
This standard is applicable to woven fabrics and knitted fabrics for furnishing, interior fabrics of vehicles (including airplanes, railroad passenger cars, automobiles and ships) and flame-retardant protective clothing. For burning behaviour of other flame-retardant fabrics, this Standard could be referred to.
