SPC GB/T 6494-2017 specifies the requirements and methods for measurement of electrical characteristics of aerospace solar cells under simulated solar light source.
This standard is applicable to the measurement of electrical characteristics of aerospace solar cells, including single crystalline silicon solar cells, single- and multi-junction GaAs solar cells. The multi-junction GaAs solar cells include, but are not limited to, GaInP(2)/GaAs/Ge triple-junction solar cells, GaInP(2)/GaAs/In(0.3) Ga(0.7) As triple-junction solar cells, and GaInP(2)/GaAs/In(0.3) Ga(0.7) As/In (0.58) Ga (0.42) As quadruple-junction solar cells.
