SPC GB/T 6496-2017 specifies the calibration principle, instruments and equipment, test system, procedures, etc. for the calibration of aerospace primary standard solar cells with the ground direct sunlight method.
This standard is applicable to the calibration of the primary standard component solar cells corresponding to aerospace single crystalline silicon and single-and multi-junction gallium arsenide solar cells, and can also be used for reference in the calibration of other types of aerospace and ground standard solar cells.
