As a result of the increased automation, more demands are being placed on the automatic bundle tying equipment, commonly referred to as bundlers. Although there are many different types of automatic bundle tying equipment commercially available, they all are exposed to the same high-speed production demand: to positively secure bundles of knock down (KD) containers for single-unit movement to a stacking or palletizing area of the plant.
