The scope of this document is to define electronic surveillance capabilities required to support LAES and the interfaces between the TSP and an LEA to assist the LEA in conducting LAES in a cdma2000^® network providing a PoC service. The PoC service supported in this specification is based on non-IMS PoC.

In this document, the PoC Telecommunication Service Provider and the cdma2000 Network Provider are the same. Separation of the PoC Telecommunication Service Provider and the cdma2000 Network Provider into different entities is for further study.
