This document provides user level descriptions and access network call flows designed to assist in the development of the interfaces that coincide with the Reference Points: "A", "A_ter", "A_quater", and "A_quinter", as defined in the Network Refe rence Model (re fer to [I-2]), and Reference Points 48 and 27 as defined in Network Reference Model (refer to [31]). Refer to [14]~[17] for definit ions of messages and timers used in this document.

Purpose

The purpose of this document is to provide IOS Feature Description (Stage 1) and IOS Feature Call Flows (Stage 2) for the access network features.
