INTRODUCTION
Fleet and Asset Management (FAM), Location Based Charging (LBC), Location Based Information Service (LBIS) and Enhanced Call Routing (ECR) are WIN-based services that enable the services to be tailored based on the subscriber's current location (i.e., geographic position).
