INTRODUCTION

Premium Rate Charging (PRC), Freephone (FPH) and Advice Of Charging (AOC) are charging related services that provide a set of advanced wireless charging capabilities. Rejection of Undesired Annoying Calls (RUAC) is a screening service that blocks undesired annoying calls to the subscriber. Enhanced Preferred Language (EPL) uses Wireless Intelligent Network (WIN) capabilities to provide announcements to the subscriber in the subscriber's preferred language. This document presents a recommended plan for the implementation of WIN capabilities that support these features. The WIN capabilities are for use in the Wireless Radiotelephone Service.
