use in hazardous locations as defined in the National Electrical Code,
NFPA 70.
T514A.9-A These requirements do not cover junction boxes for use
with underwater lighting fixtures for swimming pools.
T514A.9-A These requirements do not cover cabinets and cutout
boxes, boxes and covers intended for use with raceway systems for
surface wiring other than rigid or flexible conduit or electrical metallic
tubing, nor boxes with a volume of more than 100 cubic inches (1639
cm3), except multiple-gang, flush-device boxes, and conduit bodies
usually for the larger trade sizes of conduit.
