This specification covers a family of miniature electrical connectors intended for use on aerospace vehicles and associated ground support equipment. These connectors shall be environment resistant, utilize crimp type contacts and be capable of continuous operation within the temperature limits of -55'C (-67'F) to 2ûû'C (392'F). In addition, requirements for a hermetic receptacle with non-removable contacts are included. The hermetic receptacle shall rate with the environment resistant connector plugs and shall have the same temperature capabilities.
