It covers subsurface safety valves, safety valve locks, safety valve landing nipples and all components that establish tolerances and/or clearances which may affect performance or interchangeability of the SSSV equipment. Safety valve locks, safety valve landing nipples and SSSVs manufactured by different facilities or manufacturers may be supplied as separate items.
