Purpose

This pamphlet provides information on how to plan, document, evaluate, remediate, and report on the Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC) Program requirements. It provides procedures for execut-ing policies established in AR 11–2. It contains instructions, processes, formats, reporting requirements, and guidelines used to carry out the Army’s RMIC Program. While this pamphlet primarily addresses RMIC functions applicable to all Soldiers (Active, Reserve, and Guard) and Department of the Army (DA) Civilians, it also contains procedures on the management of agency, command, and installation level RMIC functions.
