Applies to the use of chemical admixtures complying with AS A173 for use in portland cement concrete, but does not deal with the advisability or otherwise of so using an admixture. The code lays down the minimum requirements for the satisfactory use of admixtures. It does not purport to comprise all the necessary provisions of a contract.
