Colmonoy No. 635, a Nickel-base hard surfacing Alloy, contains a formulated mixture of both crushed and atomized powders. It achieves a hardness of RC 58-63 with tungsten carbide particles. Typical applications include hardfacing of pump components and shaft sleeves. It is supplied as a powder for aplication with Wall Colmonoy's SPRAYWELD¿ Process.
