CARPENTER STAINLESS No. 20 and No. 20-Cb are wrought low carbon austenitic alloy steels of high nickel and chromium content. They are highly resistant to hot and cold strong acids. No. 20-Cb contains columbium for carbide stabilization and retention of its corrosion resistance in the as-welded condition.
