This slide presentation gives information on a case study with the project goal of implementing optimal ownership/service provider(s) for providing safe & reliable, high quality water/sewer service to a small residential community's customers at the "best" cost. The study goal was to evaluate ownership/service provider options & recommend a strategy to meet the project goal. The study elements included: evaluation criteria; customer survey; review existing operations; develop requests for proposals; evaluate/compare proposals; and, recommend "best" options(s).
