This powerpoint presentation outlines Ontario's approach to source protection planning, the Clean Water Act (CWA) of 2006. The CWA and associated regulations will provide the

planning program in Ontario.
The regulations will provide detail on size, operations and
appointment process for source protection committees, and the
development of the Terms of Reference, Assessment Report and the

source protection plan development.
