This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of the project objectives that include the following:
review current planning and design criteria used in
the water industry;
identify standards that may be vulnerable to climate change; and,
identify needs for new planning and design standards adapted
to climate change. Project approach included a literature review,
a survey,
case studies, and a
review of standards. Points of climate change impact, a survey of common approaches to assessing
climate change vulnerability, and four examples of case studies are all presented. Includes figures.
