This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of the National Council for Public-Private Partnerships (NCPPP). New challenges and opportunities that are facing the NCPPP are listed, along with sectors where PPPs have been used, advantages of PPPs, private sector strengths, public sector strengths, and examples of successful partnerships in the following sectors: transportation,
municipal buildings,
schools, and
economic development. A water system case study is presented of Tampa Bay Desalination, along with six keys to successful PPPs.
