There are certain sites people frequent because they arefamiliar and comfortable with them, but typically people use more than one site to find what they arelooking for and to satisfy their needs. In order to be successful in this environment it is necessary for thecompanies to capture the attention of their customers and retain them until the end transaction iscomplete. Several metrics are available to evaluate customer satisfaction, hardware performance andreturn on investment. These metrics can be used effectively to increase customer retention and revenuegeneration.
