This paper discusses implementation of a wastewater reuse program for the City of Wichita Falls, Texas. After exploring several wastewater reuse alternatives, the City of Wichita Falls decided to primarily pursue indirect potable reuse of its wastewater effluent and specifically chose the method of blending the effluent in a secondary reservoir. A pilot study and its results are discussed. Includes figures.
