This slide presentation presents information on the city of San Antonio, Texas and lists the city's goals as: improvement and protection of receiving stream quality;
promote and expand recycling; create greater reliability
and redundancy;
establish permit that supports recycling, 210, and
TPDES programs;
simplify analytical requirements;
reduce administrative requirements for permitting,
reporting;
standardize stream loading and modeling; and,
support TMDL watershed management.
