Two small systems guidance documents published by the USEPA are presented, "Small Drinking Water Systems Handbook: A Guide to Packaged Filtration and Disinfection Technologies with Remote Monitoring and Control Tools", and "Small Drinking Water Systems: State of the Industry and Treatment Technologies to Meet the Safe Drinking Water Act Requirements." An overview of small systems in the U.S. is presented, along with Transient Non-Community Water System Research, Surface Water Field Studies, Nanofilter Studies on Fall Lake in Ely, Minnesota (2008 and 2009), Nanofilter Studies at the T&E Facility in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Nanofilter Studies on Mill Creek Water in Cincinnati, Ohio (2009).
