Make reporting your office building operation financials a breeze. The Functional Accounting Guide and Chart of Accounts provides an easy-to-use numbering system that allows you to segregate income accounting by type of occupancy (e.g. office rent, retail rent and parking rent) and by special activities (e.g. vendor income). Expenses, by contrast, are disaggregated according to the functional cause of the expenses, such as cleaning, repairs and maintenance, and utilities.
Up to four succinct levels of detail are provided. The first level reflects functional categories of building operations.
