RT-DCC-07 developed a Project Capital Efficiency Scorecard to assess an organization's implementation of 28 management processes that affect project capital efficiency. This report introduces how the research team identified the 28 processes, organized them into two categories and four groups, and then developed the scorecard to assess their use. The report also explains how business and project teams can apply an Excel version of the scorecard to identify strengths and gaps. This report includes a proof-of-concept Excel-based tool.
