Presents the Experience Reference Index, a resource to help users recognize and communicate the different requirements for the implementation of CII research products and processes, as the levels of organizational experience change over time. Presents four distinct levels of experience: 1) New to CII; 2) First Implementation; 3) Repeat Implementation; and 4) Integrated Processes. Also provides guidance on the necessary attributes of the Implementation Champion selected for each of the four levels of experience. Finally, helps users understand the specific changes that should be made in recommended implementation scope for implementation plans, depending on the level of experience.
