This part of IEC 61967 describes a method to measure the conducted electromagnetic emission of intergrated circuits either applied on the standardised test-board or on a final printed circuit board (PCB). Furthermore, this standard defines measures to maintain uniform requirements, decribes the measurement method and gives guidance for the Workbench Faraday Cage measurement method.
